The campus measuring 17 acres was executed in two phases. The two phases of the project were separated by a natural canal that feeds the fields beyond the site. The site is surrounded by beautiful paddy and coconut plantations.

The landscape design has fluid forms, designed to provide optimal usage to the associates with various activities accommodated within the tight site. Open air theatre, play fields, canal waterfront spaces, break out spaces, medicinal garden all were designed keeping the Kerala style of landscape as a base. The water channel is designed to be used for punting.
