This site is situated in a the posh locality of Poes garden in Chennai. The landscape area on the ground  was similar in size to the one on the rooftop. As the site was very tight we decided to split the activities so they can be accommodated on the ground and on the terrace. The ground had the pedestrian entry plaza, kids play and senior citizen area while the rooftop was mostly used for entertaining and  interaction. The architecture was based on a French classical style and the landscape fixtures and  features followed suit.
