The Signia Pearl is one of the 3 high-end residential buildings in the BKC area. The landscape theme was to create a high-end resort like look and feel with lush planting, and interesting spaces of biophilic nature. The detail of the pathway, challenges of designing on a podium, loading, finishes make it an interesting project.
